Curious why change seems just out of reach? Or maybe you’re tangled in repeating patterns, unexpected triggers, or simply feel stuck. Together, we’ll explore ketamine assisted psychotherapy. KAP moves you from talking about change to making it happen. Together, we’ll navigate your inner world, fostering profound insights and lasting change, guided by proven methods such as EMDR and IFS, to help you create the life you desire.

Over the past four years, I have helped numerous clients find relief from depression, PTSD, and anxiety through ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. My approach has proven to be particularly effective in facilitating profound healing and growth. I hold a master’s degree in social work from UVU, and my specialized training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy has enabled me to offer a unique and powerful therapeutic experience. My commitment to evidence-based practices ensures that my clients receive the highest quality care, tailored to their individual needs and goals.

When Vhari isn’t therapizing, she loves to travel with her husband and four kids. She loves to immerse herself in different cultures, with a special fondness for all things Celtic. Being in water is her happy place, whether it’s swimming, boogie boarding, or just relaxing by the shore. Vhari enjoys the serenity of rainy days and the wonder of stargazing. Vhari loves eating cheese, listening to people’s stories, and exploring her ever-deepening sense of smell. She also finds balance and peace through restorative yoga and the rhythmic practice of drumming. These passions not only bring joy to her life but also enhance her approach to therapy, allowing her to connect with clients on a deeper level.

Vhari offers Ketamine/Spravato Integration, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
